From Hawaii to Naperville, through grade school and high school, to his college years and beyond, I think this movie captures the past 30 years of Chris pretty well. I couldn't ask for a better husband and best friend.

We went to Gatlinburg, TN for vacation and to celebrate Chris's 30th birthday. We had so much fun hiking, white water rafting, and exploring downtown Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful trip! The view from our hotel room balcony.
These ducks were having a nice swim until it started to rain. Apparently, they didn't like the rain and decided they would be better off waiting it out on the rocks.
Our hike up the Smokies was beautiful... and exhausting.

It seemed like we climbed forever to get to this waterfall. It was absolutely beautiful and totally worth the long, hot, uphill hike.
Chris, looking quite dashing on his last day of being a 20-something. The 80-foot waterfall behind him isn't bad either.
On our way down the mountain, this sneaky rattlesnake tried to jump out and eat us. Luckily, Chris is brave and strong and scared him away! But, not before taking a quick snapshot.
Getting his 30s off to a good start, we went white water rafting on Chris's birthday. This river has class 2, 3 and 4 rapids and we didn't even fall out! However, the guy in front of Chris did and Chris had to pull him back in the boat. What a nice guy!
It stormed every evening and when the rain cleared, the mountains looked like smoke was rising from them. Good thing they're called the Smoky Mountains.
